In a recent Huffington Post piece, Anis Shivani asks a number of writers "What Makes the Short Story Distinctive?" I'm one of those writers, although I don't think my answer was particularly insightful. Still, Anis was kind enough to include me and also embedded the video of my lecture on linked story collections from last year.
