Getting good information about literary magazines is a challenge. Duotrope.com is an amazing index, with links to submission information, but nothing evaluative. For that kind of information I've always turned to New Pages.
Tonight I came across The Review Review which also has reviews of literary magazines. It looks like a very useful resource and I look forward to exploring it further.
