Editors Speak About Rejection Letters

The other day, I reported that Kelly Spitzer's blog series "Getting Real" had begun with a discussion by writers of their reaction to rejection letters. To my surprise, some writers said they didn't want comments from editors. Now, the editors speak, and there are fewer surprises.
