Sunday was supposed to be rainy, but we never got wet, just warmer. For me things were winding down and my mind was already elsewhere, but we did have a couple of presentations in the evening. First Pedro Ponce read from new work, which was very exciting stuff. Also, Dee Hibbert-Jones showed a video retrospective, including some older work and an odd performance art piece about Psychological Prosthetics.
Today, Monday, is my last day here. Many of the other folks are here until December 20, but I'll head home this afternoon. I'm ready. My project is at a point where I need to focus sentence by sentence and I think I can best do that at home. It's been a really productive 3 weeks, though, and I'm looking forward to my next visit, maybe this time next year.
