The ever-useful New Pages has recently introduced a Creative Writing Program Guide that looks pretty comprehensive. There's little evaluation of the programs, but it includes a link to each program's website and a brief description, in most cases copied from the program's own materials.
MFA Programs aren't for everyone, but I learned a lot in mine.
